I recognize that different homes have different marketing needs. I offer a focused marketing plan that will reach a wide scale of potential buyers, therefore, the avenues of marketing your home will be tailored to give your property maximum exposure. Many home buyers search the internet for information about available properties, so having a solid web presence is essential these days.  I list all properties with the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The MLS is an extensive list of properties that all realtors have access to, and through the MLS, your property is then listed on the Realty Link public website and the realty link in print newspapers. I also use the network of agents from my Century 21 In Town office and the thousands of Century 21 agents worldwide.
